Druse vom Höllengrund, una perra alemana de caza despistada, ha conseguido volver a los brazos de su amo tras buscar refugio en la oficina de objetos perdidos de la localidad de Bredstedt, en la norteña región de Frisia.
El can de raza teckel y tan noble nombre sorprendió a los empleados de la citada oficina al entrar en la misma nada mas abrir sus puertas y acostarse al calor en una esquina, informa hoy la edición digital del rotativo «Flensburger Tageblatt».
La perrita había esperado pacientemente ante la puerta automática del edificio a que entrara el primer cliente para acceder a la oficina, ya que su reducido tamaño no era suficiente para activar el mecanismo de apertura.
La casualidad quiso que poco después un cazador de la vecina localidad de Struckum visitara dicha oficina y reconociera al can cuando los empleados de la misma debatían que hacer con la inesperada visitante.
Al parecer, la perrita participó este sábado en una cacería de zorros en la región y perdió a su amo y al resto de cazadores y congéneres, vagando hasta este lunes pese a las bajas temperaturas que se registran estos días en Alemania. [http://www.laprovincia.es]

Homing pigeons can famously find their way home over long distances, and there have been many reported instances of lost cats turning up at their owners’ houses. But one dachshund in Bredstedt, a small town in the northern German state of Schleswig-Holstein, showed herself to be even smarter than those animal navigators. She turned herself in at the local lost-and-found office.
The exhausted dog, who bears the somewhat aristocratic name of Druse vom Höllengrund, entered the municipal building where the lost-and-found office is located just after it opened for the day and lay down in front of the elevator, local officials told the German news agency DPA on Tuesday. A receptionist alerted staff from the lost-and-found office to the pooch’s presence.

Einen richtigen Riecher stellte ein verloren gegangener Dackel in Bredstedt (Kreis Nordfriesland) unter Beweis. Nachdem das Tier bei Eiseskälte übers Wochenende herumgeirrt war, meldete es sich gestern Morgen «ordnungsgemäß» beim Fundbüro der Stadt.
Die Behörde hatte gerade geöffnet, da dackelte «Druse vom Höllengrund» in das Amtsgebäude. Clever, wie die Hündin ist, hatte sie abgewartet, bis der erste Besucher das Gebäude durch den Hintereingang betrat. Die Schiebetür öffnet sich zwar automatisch, allerdings nicht für einen Dreikäsehoch, wie es so ein Dackel ist. Mit Hilfe eines zweibeinigen «Türöffners» gelangte die Hündin also ins Amt.
